We forge each piece in solid 14k gold to last. If something goes wrong due to our fault, we’ll fix it.

Manufacturing Warranty — 12 Months

We cover any manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery: clasp failures, weak solders, loose settings, and casting defects. If one appears, we will repair or replace the piece at no cost, including insured shipping both ways.

What is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear from daily use, impacts or deformations due to accident, loss or theft of the piece, and any repairs or modifications made by a third party outside our workshop.

Free Resizing

One free ring size adjustment within the first 30 days from delivery. After that period, we offer adjustments for a fee, provided the piece technically allows for it.

How to Claim

Write to Care@rocksrebel.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will respond within 24 business hours and arrange for insured pickup.
